Boarding
Prytania Veterinary Hospital is pleased to offer boarding services for cats, dogs, and even exotic animals such as birds, ferrets, rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs.
Our kennel technicians are trained to provide the very best care for your pet during their stay with us. All of our boarding facilities are air-conditioned and indoors. Dogs are walked outside three times a day and enjoy a complimentary bath and ear flush with a stay of three nights or more. We can accommodate any size dog, from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. We also have a separate ward for sick animals and a quiet room for felines only.
For the health of all, we ask that your pet be up-to-date on vaccinations. Reservations are recommended, especially during the busy holiday season. We feed Science Diet food products, included in the price, but you are welcome to bring your own. We can also administer your pet’s medications or perform any medical treatments.

Grooming
Our special shampoos remove dirt, debris, and odor leaving your pet feeling fresh and revitalized.
We carry highly effective shampoos and conditioners formulated by board-certified veterinary dermatologists for pets with skin issues. Veterinarians are available to consult with you about your pet’s skin condition and recommend a medicated bath that best suits your pet’s needs. A complimentary nail trim and ear flush are included with each bath.
Baths are available Monday through Friday. For the health of all, we ask that your pet be up-to-date on vaccinations. Reservations are recommended, especially during the busy holiday seasons. Please drop your pet off between 8:00 and 10:00 and they should be ready for pick-up between 3:00 and 6:00.

Other Grooming Services
Shavedowns are by appointment only Tuesdays through Thursdays.
These other grooming services can be performed while you wait and do not require an appointment: nail trim, ear flush, anal gland expression, clip mats, sanitary clip, pluck ears.
